Preparing Your Home to Sell . . .

    • Here are some questions to ask yourself about your home...
    • Is your house inviting? Remember, first impressions count and are lasting impressions.
    • Have you had your house inspected prior to selling?
    • Have you fixed all broken items and finished your home improvement projects?
    • Have you checked the front door and locks?
    • Have you had your house painted in the last 5 years and does your yard need some attention?  Many home buyers decide whether or not to look inside a house  based on curb appeal.
    • Clean the clutter and make sure your house smells fresh - if you have animals think about taking them out of the house while your house is being shown.
    • Remember your house is on display - what do you see when entering your home?  Imagine your the guest coming to visit your home and that everyone is a potential buyer or might know a buyer.
    • Lastly buyers like to be able to imagine living in the houses they view.
